The Haralson County Chamber of Commerce and Haralson County Development Authority announced recently that of the $99,999 received from the United States Department of Agriculture and distributed by what was then known as Appalachian Community Enterprises (ACE) in October 2008 to fund small business loans, only $6,000 has been spent.
