Step 1. Setup Online Payments

To make ACH payments (direct deposit) you will first need to register your bank account to connect ACH payments. This is process generally takes 24 hours. You will receive an email after registration with instructions for completing Step 2.

**Make sure to check your spam folder if you do not see the email.

Step 2. Verify Bank Account

After you have received the 2 microdeposits of less than $1 each, you need to verify your bank account. The microdeposits are for your security, to make sure it is your bank account. You will need to know the amounts of those microdeposits to verify. To access the verification form, you need to use the link in the email you received after you registered your bank account in Step 1.

Step 3. Make An Online Payment

Once your account is verified, you can make an ACH (direct deposit) payment online. You will need your Customer ID, which was provided to you via the previous emails.

**Your Customer ID will begin with ‘cus_‘ followed by several alphanumeric characters.
