Grace Fricks, CEO, and Sandy Headley, VP of Lending, recently represented ACE and Georgia Green Loans at the prestigious Scale Academy held in St. Louis, Missouri. Originally founded in 2007 to assist eight selected organizations, the Scale Academy provides training and sharing of best practices to foster growth and greater client outcomes. In 2009, ACE was selected as one of five to become part of a Learning Group on Scale. ACE’s innovation, creativity and leadership were reasons the organization was chosen, and Grace and Sandy shared their lessons learned in running a loan fund. They then presented Georgia Green Loans to the group for discussion and guidance regarding growth and impact.
