Assistance from ACE enabled Stamper to add three employees and three service vehicles to his growing business.
“We’re veteran-owned, and many of our employees are veterans,” says Stamper, who was in the Army. “That’s where the ‘serve’ part of our company name comes in.”
Because he has experienced the benefits of strategies that freed up working capital for his business, Stamper likes to help his customers do the same, with simple financing plans and leasing arrangements. “If your money is not tied up in equipment costs, you’re free to spend it on other items such as inventory, advertising, research and personnel.”
The most satisfying part of his job? “It’s very fulfilling to help out someone who is in a bind because his or her equipment is broken down,” Stamper says. “We all enjoy being able to ‘save the day’ for someone else.”
