Jay DeVille was seeking financing to purchase an automobile and for marketing expenses to expand his business, Right at Home of Northwest Georgia. His credit was stretched thin from the start-up of the company. His bank, at the time, was not interested in loaning additional funds. ACE, however, provided the financing needed to grow his business.
DeVille worked in banking for 20 years, first as an analyst, then as a commercial lender, and finally as a regional executive. When his mother began dealing with medical issues related to the aging process, DeVille felt moved to help other families with the care of their parents. He had two worthwhile missions: to help senior adults and to provide meaningful employment for caring individuals. Right At Home of Northwest Georgia is enabling him to fulfill those dreams.
Right at Home of Northwest Georgia has been providing in-home living and companion services since 2005. The company offers assistance for a variety of daily activities including light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal preparation, laundry, errands, shopping, transportation, and other needs that arise for families caring for their loved ones.
With the help of an ACE loan, DeVille expanded his business, which now employs more than 100 people. DeVille was awarded the 2012 Small Business of the Year by the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce.
Right at Home of Northwest Georgia is located on John Davenport Drive in Rome.
