Founded by Jasmen Mickey in 2025, Success Is Tangible was created to inspire individuals to rise above self-doubt and limitations. With a foundation rooted in mental health counseling and years of transformational coaching, the company is more than just a service — it’s a movement of empowerment, growth, and tangible results.

Business Support & Growth

As a new business owner, Jasmen turned to ACE for support and funding to grow her business. She became certified as a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) and was able to register her corporation with the federal government to pursue contracts.

Prior to this, government contracting felt intimidating and out of reach. But the education, clarity, and step-by-step support she received from ACE demystified the process, and instead of seeing federal contracting as a distant goal, she began to understand it as a viable and strategic pathway for growth – even at the early stage her business was in.

“As my mindset broadened, so did my vision for the services my company could offer,” said Jasmen. “ACE helped me realize that my lived experiences (overcoming illness, building resilience, and navigating life as a mother and business owner) were not just personal stories, but professional assets.” She added motivational speaking as a service offering for her company.

The programs at ACE also supported Jasmen’s company growth through strategic marketing exposure, including outdoor bench ads in midtown Atlanta, and a radio commercial on Atlanta 87.7 The Vibe.

Instrumental partnerships with the Small Business Association (SBA) help to enable positive business loan solutions and spur business growth.
