Authorization Agreement for Direct Payment via ACH Debit
Direct payment via ACH (Automated Clearing House) is the transfer of funds from an account for the purpose of making a payment. I hereby authorize Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs, Inc. (ACE) to electronically debit my checking/savings account and if necessary, electronically credit my account to correct erroneous debits from the account indicated below at the depository financial institution named below. There will be a $25 fee charged for ACH payment drafts returned due to insufficient funds.
