ACE | Access to Capital for Entrepreneurs recently opened a South Georgia Office to serve small and medium sized businesses in rural and South Georgia with capital and support they need to grow. The ACE office in Tifton was established to serve all of South Georgia. South GA Regional Director Tommie Beth Willis was hired to seek out strong community relationships to support small business owners in the region.

As the largest community development financial institution (CDFI) serving small businesses in Georgia, ACE will expand its current 68 Georgia county footprint, which includes metro Atlanta and North Georgia, to over 100 counties throughout the state. “Our expansion to South Georgia will allow us to meet increased demand and support the growing needs of Georgia’s small business owners in rural and underserved communities,” said Grace Fricks, president and CEO of ACE. “We are thrilled to celebrate with Tommie Beth and her team.”

ACE’s strategy of working closely with it’s borrowers to provide support has served them well since 2000 when the nonprofit began providing microloans to women and minority businesses in rural north Georgia. clients and expanding the firm’s footprint in response to its client’s needs and demands. The opening of the new office demonstrates the company’s commitment to establishing and growing strong small businesses.

While this office location is new, ACE has established presence with it’s headquarters in Cleveland, GA, and offices in Atlanta, GA and Dalton, GA, and Women’s Business Centers in Norcross and Savannah, GA. T

The new office is located at the South Georgia Chamber of Commerce building at 1001 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794.
