Jolie Day Spa and Salon is a premier full-service spa located in beautiful downtown Dahlonega. The business offers massages, facials, nail care, and a full-service hair salon. Jolie is keen to provide top of the line products to complement its services. Many of these products come from local artisans such as Blue Haven Bee Company. The spa can accommodate groups, including bridal parties, couples looking for a relaxing massage, or friends who just want to relax and be pampered.
Jolie is owned by Nicole and Chad Wimpy, who also own Dahlonega Marketplace, an events venue on the square in Dahlonega, and Gold City Growler, a craft beer emporium next to the spa. The three businesses complement each other well and allow them to create unique packages for people looking to host events including weddings, showers, and other festivities. The spa provides makeup and hair services for many bridal parties who also host the reception at the Marketplace with beer and wine from the Growler.
Wimpy has used four business loans from ACE to launch her enterprises. “ACE has been the key to our success in all of our ventures,“ she said. “We had just paid off the loan for the day spa, so we thought, why not take out another to keep expanding our operations?”
